Replacing front shackles
«
on:

I've bought some heavy duty front shackles from Offroad Design to replace my worn ones.
My question is, do I have to remove the U bolts or can I just support the axle and do it that way?
Thanks

You don't have to remove the axle from the springs to replace the shackles. You will have to lift and support it though so it won't be under tension...
