w/s wiper help

i have a80 k10 wipers are slow.ck all grounds,replaced motor still slow. is there any other wiper motors that will work with minor mods. thanks john

Well then it's one of two things

1)Mechanical resistance

2)electrical resistance

If the winshield is wet do they work normal?

Do you have a volt meter? You can do a simple voltage drop test before the motor, at the motor and or after the motor.

Essentially you should drop all source voltage at the motor. There should be no voltage drops before or after which would indicate resistance and give you that slow motor.
