Thankx for the help on the transmission , it was the governor , swapped it out now its fine.My question now is im trying to find a rear driveshaft for my truck at a reasonable price- can anyone help?

Been there and done that, ive been searching the junk yards for several months and cant find the drive shaft for my truck- guess its too old,its a 1981. Ive decided to go ahead and buy a new one but dont wanna spend anymore than i have too.

Is there a Pull-A-Part in your area yet. They have a large selection of our trucks down this way.
