Can I run a true dual exhaust on my pick up with just the oxygen sensor in the driver manifold?

Dual cats as well. will the computer be affected?

The computer shouldn't be affected- you're still giving it a signal from your 02 sensor. You're not putting an H or a cross pipe in?
