I remember hearing about one awhile back...it was on a website somewhere like speacial editions of chevy trucks or something, but I never actually saw one. I cannot remember the site though

I thought that was a factory optioned turbo diesel? But I could be wrong

I thought of Banks Sidewinder first, but diesel engines didn't come out until 1978, so it couldn't be diesel...

More than likely a '77...based on the trim.  But Chris pointed out the '75 Gentleman Jim had gold trim too (which I forgot about)...so there is that wild card.

First run the vin to see where it was made then go from there! I don't every remember seeing one. Was there a dealer doing a performance package back them? If so It could be worth some bucks.
