Hey guys
Anyone have picture or know where I can find some ? I have a 87 R10
I dont think I'm gunna chop it but was wondering what they look like, is there diagrams out there somewhere? Who knows.... I just started this project, my 14 year old son says we NEED to chop the top. maybe??  I wanna make it fast 1st, then maybe I'll cut it up.

I've seen one before. The drip rails were either shaved or it never came with them. I am guessing it was about a 4-5 inch chop. It looked pretty good. sorry i dont have a pic

I've only seen a couple that came out nice. I think this one looks ridiculous

oh yah, I'm out !
I aint choppin my truck up! My son and I have enjoyed the 50's era for a while so the thought crossed my mind , but honestly after seeing that its a no brainer, I'm out!

I agree, this one doesnt look bad, The other picture posted earlier just dont right and now I see, its Orange not that orange is bad but it just dont work on that truck. Also its chopped to low. I think the flat back rig looks like its got more height to it. last but not least, the orange has a step side. Just dont work well with the chopped look.
Then again this is only my opinion.

That orange truck is hideous...

I don't like them it makes the truck look too short for its length.  Here is one that I think looks good:


But this truck gives me a chubby.  :o It's pretty much exactly the look I'm goin for with my truck...minus the chop top and super low stance...I had even planned to get a mirror like that

Yah, I dont really like the swapped out bed look. I see them all the time and it kinda ruins the look.

 I too think that this one looks pretty tight.
Whats the cost to have this done? Or whats involved?
