So i put a new blower it. It works but the heater controls are all messed up. It just works on high and when i shut the heat off on the horizontal switch the blower still works...anyone have this problem?

What are your heater control switch positions from left to right?
The blower fan will always run with the key on

The blower motor never actually goes all the way off. You only have low, med and hi so it's always pushing air a little even on low. I usually keep my selector to either heat or def so that the blower is trying to pushed air into a sealed system.
