The Flowtech 11152FLT's should work fine, so long as you dont 'have angled plugs... Easiest way to install would be from above, but do so slowly, you may run into slight clearence problems on the Passenger side(Common B-body Wagon problem).... If it still has A/C, you will need to gently tweak the lines towards the wheel well, or the headers will burn through them, and also you will need to pick up A/C Bracket PN10042FLT.
I also agree with Vile, your best bet would be to weld on a new O2 Bung....
If your overall plan is to have a bit of Performance from it as well, personally I would weld a Bung one of the headers, and then replace the Old CAT with a High-Flow Universal Aftermarket(preferably one with 2.5"In & Out).... Then to help it Exhail a bit more, add intermediate pipe wlk-44915($22. from Summit) to go from the new Cat to the muffler.... 44915 is a 2.5" in & Out that was used on the '89-91 Police Sedans/Wagons.... Ofcourse you will need to pick up a new muffler with a 2.5" in and 2.25" out, to give it a Meaner tone, you can also use wlk-46554($41.99 Summit) for a new 2.25"over the Axle Pipe (Largest they go for wagons, unless you have something custom bent/fabbed.... Also have an Exhaust buddy that makes Custom Mandrel and Welded Pipes, they are pricey, but well worth it), and it deletes the Factory Resonator.....
Sorry for all the Speel, I'm a Longtime B-Body Fan, and Owner
