How to remove door panel

I have all the panel screws out, and I cant seem to get the door panel to come off all the way. I cant get past the door lock switch removal, and the handle/assy etc. any help to get the panel off would be appriciated. Im close, Im just missing the 'secret' I guess

What year truck?  The 81-87 have a handle cup that has a screw in it, and you have to remove the pull strap.

ok I got it. in the dark last night,  I couldnt see the screws in the door bezel.
So i got it off. thanks for the response.
