Front Disc brake conversion is a popular upgrade on those early '60s trucks. The Stovebolt page has some good photos of these early trucks:http://www.stovebolt.com/gallery60-66.htmI will have to check on the ps and pb. I have personally not seen this truck, he just said 6 cyl and 3 on the tree so I assumed it was a 230 ci and a long bed fleetside. Thanks for the link too.I actually do like the styling of these trucks, I would almost venture to say that if I got it I would be the only person in town driving one as I have never seen one in my town. This coming weekend is when I'm going to look at it so if I do end up getting it I will post some pics.

I doubt seriously it has power brakes or power steering. I dont think I have ever seen one with it, unless it was aftermarket, and definately not disc brakes. More like armstrong steering, and lead foot stopping. I had a 64 longbed with a 455 olds that was a blast, but my favorite was a matte black 66 Chvy short stepside. Had a 283 w/ 4 on the floor, and would smoke the 30x10.50s like nobodies business, and knockout 18mpg if I behaved. I like them, but the 73-87's , and 47-55s are my favorites. Heres my other baby
Now that '51 is an example of my absolute favorite Chevy truck body style. That's one fine machine choptop. Have any plans for her?
