Hello
« on: January 22, 2009, 09:31:32 pm »
Hey guys, just wanted to say Hi.  I'm new here.  I don't own a truck yet but I'll be in the market for one soon if/when I sell my 81 Z28.

I had an 83 back in the day and I want to build another Short Box.  I look forward to getting to know everyone here..

Well, hopefully it won't be too long before I have one, but the way the economy is looking I might have a hard time selling my Camaro.   :-[  However, I can research so I can plan my build right.   ;D

Welcome..I'm also truckless at the moment. I regret selling my 78 Burb when I moved to Vegas. Nice 2nd gen (Nastyz28?). I have a 70 I'm working on too. No plans to get rid of it though. I hope to find a 4x4 P/U stepside sometime in the future.

Welcome to the site.  Your car is sweet.  Why do you want to sell it, other than to by a truck?  If it was mine, I would find a way around selling it. I know the economy is not doing that good right now, but you can find a fixer-upper for pretty cheap.

Oh yea, I built my car from the knowledge I gained from Nastyz28!  Those guys are awesome and very willing to help others out.  That best site from 2nd Gen on the WEB IMHO.

Good luck with your build!

I have limited space for toys, plus I want to have some cash to move quickly on my build.

I can understand that.  We have 4 acres, so space is not an issue with us.  Money on the other hand, it's always nice to have some to work on projects with.
