I believe that. We had a dachshund corgi mix that was psycho.  She attacked my pug and we had to have her eye removed.  She also attacked my weimeraner on the ear.  Then she went to the pound.  She had growled at my daughter and nieces when she was on a chain outside and they were playing in the front yard.  They would get close to her, but she would be at the end of the chain.  She also ate furniture.  She ate 3 of the 4 cross bars on my end table, as well as a pair of my cowboy boots.  We said she was part beaver.

Most dachshunds I have seen have aggressive behaviors.  They usually only like 1 person and are very protective of that person.

That stupid dog that she is talking about also wizzed all over the place everytime I touched it. It was like a switch. All is good, it pet her, and a golden stream soon flow onto the ground, and it was everytime. I did not like that dog at all.

I can belive it I have a wire hair wienner dog and she can be aggressive to other dogs but she is sweet as can be to people. One thing that most people dont know is that wienner dogs were bread to hunt badgers and wild boar so they have to be tough agressive little dogs. BTW I wouldnt take anything for mine.

Well DER, I could have told you that some little dogs are more aggressive than bigger dogs.
My ex has a Chihuahua, he was the sweetest dog in the world, but if I messed with her socks he would tear me a new one! I read a study a while back that said if Chihuahuas were the same size as a Doberman, Roti, or Pit Bull they would be much meaner in certain circumstances.
Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs

We had a timber wolf that was a sweeter dog than our dachshund-corgi mix.  Our wolf would lick you to death.  He would growl at other male dogs.  He threw my male pug across the yard because the pug jumped him, but didn't hurt him.  The dachshnd-corgi, on the other hand, hurt 2 of my dogs as well as my mother-in-laws dog.  She cost us a pretty penny at the vet.

Our brood only has 2 "killers"

Our baby girl (the one sitting at the far left) she was abused by both her first owner that at the shelter, they had her listed as a male rottweiler in reality she is a Shep/Lab mix. The other killer is the baby in front (closest to the camera) The abused dog has him "trained" it was great when he was a pup , he was housebroken with in a week . We had him in a cage since we werent sure how she would react but she would lay by the cage  and cry . Finally I was introducing them and had the feeling she wouldnt hurt him so I put him down. She grabbed him by the scruff and put him on our bed and "mothered" him . Not sure if dogs know these things but she would bring him out side on  a regular basis (yes they have there own dog door to their fenced in area) . I will see if I can find a pic of him the day we allowed her to be his mommy.

Here is the baby girl with her baby

Our Golden Retriever will bark and sound like he'll tear you up, but, if you approach aggressively, he'll run and hide.

Beagles are great dogs just look at Snoopy :D We have had beagles for years, mostly hunting dogs but they make the best pets for kids IMO.

Our beagles are not the smartest , neither of them are above 20lbs but will attack the bigger dogs than come crying when they get hurt
