Has anyone had trouble getting these door panels to fit snug on the top??

Palco Industries makes them. It got it fastened and screwed in place but right under the NEW(GM)  wing window(against the weatherstripping), it is up off the door frame about 3/8" !

The ones I have used and sold I haven't had any issues with.  Did you push it down?

Yeah, I pushed like a mule! I wish I could find a really nice original set. Mine look very nice but the fit against the wing window area is TIGHT! The plastic tab that goes down into the door frame is almost 1/4" thick- I think that is hindering the tight installation.
