Lookin' Good! That's getting allot of work done in a short time. One concern I have is that with the welding for the ladder bar & coil spring brackets, the tubes will likely "move around" a little & the housing ends won't be true in line with the carrier bearings. It's best to do all of the welding for the brackets first & then install the housing ends, Just a thought. What are you going to use for a side to side locater? Let's see some more of the Camaro in the background. Lorne

Thanks for the concerns, I appreciate it…… but…

In a nut shell…..the pics I posted of the ladder bars are not the completed product. The completed (or further along) pics were lost when my computer hard drive took a poop and I haven’t taken any updated ones. All pics of the ladder bar in this thread (as of now) were only tack welded and nothing more. When it was welded in we used a “solid aliment tube” we made  to keep the bearings true and for the side to side….so far I have a “track bar or track rod” in there that’s not in the pics as well.

I can see how that would come up after looking back over the pics! I’ll get some updated stuff up soon… as soon as  the frame boxing is finished.

Here's the car in the background... 67' maro! My truck is at my best friends house and as I work on my truck, he works on his car..LOL!

He's still got a boat load of stuff to do to it. Here's a few pics of him just "test fiting" the motor he's running.

That’s the plan!

For the most part both year models have to pass a safety inspection and a few other things.

I guess I should add some pics of the “Maro” here and there to keep things moving.

Maybe a two for one thread!?!?!?
