right now the height is stock but i plan on lowering it in the future any suggestions on how low i can drop it if i buy these rims?

Is it a 23" rim or 22? 

Anyway....  305/35/23 = 31.5" tall roughly and 12" wide.  It may fit stock but to lower it you are going to have to take the inner fenders out and get the right backspacing to make them tuck after you drop it.  12" wide on the front is going to be HUGE.  You will start rubbing at 9.5" wide
