New From Waco, Texas
« on: February 20, 2009, 12:42:17 pm »
Hey guys.  Im new at this whole forum thing but a buddy of mine turned me on to it.  I have recently "repurchased" my old 77 Chevy Custom Deluxe 4x4.  I was actually the second owner of it.  Bought it from the original owner in '97 and drove it as my primary vehicle for at least 8 years.  Then parked it when i got another newer vehicle.  After a few years of it just sitting around I sold it to my little brother who tried to keep up with it but it was more than he could handle so i bought it back early last year.  Im hoping to get it back to tip top shape but money is a little tight so it might take a while.

Thanks for all the welcomes.  And Stroker,  The carb issue i have hopefully solved,  Im going to take the holley off and try a Rochester that i acquired from a friend of mine.  Im going to switch them out later this week hopefully.  As for the hood I would love to come pick it up but that requires the most illusive thing in the world.....Money.
