Rod Door Door Panel Questions.

how strong are the rod door panels? doe the Velcro really hold them on that good or do they need to be screwed to the doors? also the speaker pods will they work for a 80 with ac.

They just as strong as the factory, they just cover them up. I wouldn't stand on them but I also wouldn't stand on the stock ones either.
Whether a truck has AC or not doesn't matter when it comes to the pods. It matters if you have full or half kickpanels:

I'm sorry the door panels does the rod doors cover over the factory panels? i see how the kick panels work

No, the door panels completely replace the factory ones. Nothing is reused except the scrapers.
