This guy sent me an email on craigslist, he has all these rebuild parts. I am looking for parts to rebuild a sb400 which I want to use in my 1982 gmc 4x4, th350. When I put in the sb400 I will swap out for larger running gear to turn at least 36' tsl swampers.

EmailI have several aftermarket parts that I bought for an early 70's Chevy 350 but that should fit most 1986 and earlier 262-400 c.i. Chevy small blocks. The parts were based off an older Edelbrock 350 crate engine that developed 400hp and 410 lbs/ft of torque. I bought the parts in 2000 and they have never been used. Some of the parts are still in the original box. Some boxes got wet so I threw them away but the parts are still good. I have for sale the following:
>
> -Edelbrock Performer RPM dual-plane aluminum intake manifold.
> -Edelbrock Performer RPM camshaft & hydraulic lifter set. (part #7102)
> -Edelbrock Accudrive timing gear set.
> -Edelbrock chrome valve covers.
> -Hooker headers.
> -Milodon high-volume oil pump.
> -A set of freeze plugs.
> -Several gaskets (valve cover, intake, exhaust, carb. base, & oil pan).

> This is just about everything you need for a nice rebuild. There is easily over $600 worth of stuff here that I will let go for $500. This is a package deal, I'm not selling parts individually.

So are these parts ideal for what I want to do (mudding and trail riding)?
Is that a good price?
Thanks
