no they will not fit __ these trucks have a  5on5 (5 x 5) bolt patern

127/25.4 = 5

The 127 is metric, so it would be the one. As for the backspace, I have no clue.

13mm offset (reading as positive) means 5.25" backspacing.  Are you wanting these all the way around.

They will be fine.  Most people go 5.5 backspacing.  The only thing I would wonder about is the fronts on/at the fender lip.  I know and 8 wide with 5.5" BS will work no problem.
The rims will be roughly inset 1.25" in all the way around, but will be .25" further out.
