What's this wire for?
« on: March 05, 2009, 09:21:58 pm »
86 K10, automatic transmission, rolling chassis (which had a/c) w/ 85 C10 ,manual transmission, body (no a/c).
86 has 305, 700R4, NP208
I'm using the automatic steering column out of the 86.
I'm using the 85 cab wiring harness (no a/c, manual transmission)

1st question: The (85 no a/c) cab harness has another ignition wire (yellow, off the ignition sol. post) over where the ESC would be located. What does this control?

2nd question: I installed a (85) neutral safey switch on the 86 (auto) column, for some reason the 86 didn't have a nssw, only a backup switch. I connected the backup wires and clutch switch to the new nsw/ bsw. What goes on the 5th pin to the right of the switch?
