will these motorhome tires fit

hello, here is a link to the add, currently it has 16" rims 1986 chervy c30 1 ton dually. i friend told me i should get bigger tires.

I'm pretty sure the 19.5 wheels are 10 bolts.

they should be 10lug as IHI4x4 stated.
