Nice truck. As far as pulling to one side, did you change the steering arm when you lifted it? If not you are going to need to replace it with a raised arm to accommodate the lift.
Defiantly change the steering arm, My bet is that fixes the whole thing. Be prepared they are a bear to change we have had a few topics on this just search and you'll find some tricks to help ya.
My 84 silverado had the same problem it pulled like crazy to the right. Figured out it was my caliper and pads sticking replaced both and no more pulling drives strait as an arow
The not turning thing is the steering arm. Do you notice if you go over a bump or crest of a hill that it pulls harder? You can double check the brakes but change the steering arm first trust me you'll see the difference.
