Once you get the arm on or even before, I'd double check the calipers. Pull them back off and make sure one side isn't siezed(the side that it pulls to). I'd also rebleed them. Air in the line could prevent a caliper from working properly. Hope you get the bugs worked out.

Thanks for the advice.  I spent 3 hours Sunday bleeding them to make sure there was no air. None.      I think the driver side is squeezing to hard or something.  I took it out this afternoon and slamed the brakes on a dirt road. That driver side tire locked up quick and hard.   You know what is messed up is all the parts you buy now days are shoot and when you buy stuff and it dont work before you even break it in if just messed up.

Man those folks are slow.  Do you buy from them often?  I bought mid-day Monday and still have not shipped. Very slow.

It has only been essentially 1 day.  You ordered at 1:27 they probably didn't process your order until that afternoon or Tuesday morning at the earliest.
Then they had to pull them from inventory and "package them (along with all the other orders)  THEN they would have to have the shipping company pick them up.  If they are like any other company they do pickup at certain times, if your stuff isn't ready, they won't sit there and wait for it.  I have a suppler that ONLY builds my products on Friday period and they have shipping pickup on Wednesday.  that means if I ordered something from them on the 30th it wouldn't get built until the 3rd and wouldn't be shipped until the 8th.

Well Bro could be true. I keep checking still have not shipped. I will call them today.  They say on the Q's page that all orders are shipped with-in 24 hours.  I am a little over that. I was really wanting part before week-end to get this fixed.

JR   Thanks for pointing me in the right direction with the steering arm. It did come yesterday and I had just called them. They said there site is very slow to update. It showed no change from when I ordered but in fact they did ship Tuesday. So Anyways it came late yesterday. I just took the old arm off.  Really not a big deal.  I read all the posts on it.   Here is what I did. Took about 20 mins to get done.  I took nuts off arm. Blasted with jb blaster. Then burned blaster hit arm 3 times and tapped a small flathead in the crack of each washer and twisted them out. Went easy.  Now I will head out and put new arm on and look forward to big change.

Thanks for the help

ok all done fella's and I thank you all for your help.  Really took no-time and I adjusted the drag link and this baby turns sharp now.  I am going to head out for a test drive in a sec and find out if the pulling stops which I hope it does.   So far it has worked out great. I just feel so stupid for not noticing that the wheels were not turning all the way. They turn about twice what they did now.  Ok heading for test drive. Will update.

Thanks guys.

ok not so good. Started out fantastic. Made my first turn and it was awesome. Rode down the street felt great. Pulling when you hit brakes stopped. Turned around about 2 miles away and headed home. Tunred down my street and it would not turn sharp. pulled in driveway and checked it out. All of a sudden it only turns as far as it did before. Nothing is loose or changed. I have to think on this one.  Not sure what happened.  Maybe my steering box.   Any idea' s hit me.

This is what I got.  I turned the wheel all the way to the right. Then took the drag link off at the Steering arm. Then I pulled the drag link which would move the full motion.  So what is happining I guess is the steering box is saying when to stop or the power steering pump?  Which do you guys think.

I can turn the tires by hand all the way. I can pull drag link while still hooked up to the box all the way.  When you put weight on the tires for some reason the box or something says that is far enough and gives up.

What could it be?

Possibly the box or adjustment. Does all the way to the left? If so, pull the drag link off and see if it goes past the arm on the left side. This would indicate that it needs to be centered. I ran into something similar and if I remember right, it was when I pulled the arm off the steering box and didnt get it back on right. It was a long time ago, so I dont remember for sure.

your advise makes sense and I took it.  I had already checked with the drag link off and the wheels to the right.  And as I had said I could pull the drag link the rest of the way. Then I checked with the wheels to the left and the drag link to steering arm came up short so you were right on the money. I centered things up and thought I would be good to go.  So with the wheels off the ground I tested. Worked great. Then I put the truck back on the ground and no go. Tires only turn about half way.  I really dont get it.    Am I missing something?      What stops the steering wheel from tuning when it thinks its at the end?  Would that be the Steering box?  I did a search on how to find if your box is bad and all I could find was to look for play in the steering box. My box is tight and has no play.   Any idea's on what I am missing?  I am by no means an expert it this.  Drivetrian is strength.
