I been messing with this all day and trying to find as much info as I can.   If I have the front of the truck off the ground the tires will turn all the way with the truck running useing power steering. But once you put it on the ground it will only turn about half as far.

Thanks guys. I got it fixed and figured out.    Front axle was moving on drivers side.  Had to tighten it up and I adjusted the gear box and seems to work fine now.    Would have found it sooner but I am a one man show.   I ended up starting the truck and turning the steering from under the truck with my hand reaching up to the shaft.     Happy it is figured out now.  Thanks
