c20 vs c2500

is there a difference between c20 and c2500?...because ive seen people call them c20 and c2500

Both are 3/4 tons. I believe the 2500 was mainly used in the GMC lineup until 88 when both Chevy and GMC became 2500's

10, 20, 30 =Chevy

1500, 2500, 3500 =GMC

alright thanks ive been calling my truck a c20 and its a gmc so now i know to call it a c2500

Just call it a 3/4 Ton, that is all it means.
