What all have you guys found on your vehicles that broke and when you found it, it looked like it could never work even though it was working perfectly (not noticed while running)

Here's a pushrod out of a 200k mile 87 305tbi.  The truck was tired but running perfectly and I found this when I took it apart during my engine swap.
