Ive already got a 79 K10 but am looking for a truck I can beat up
Saw this one on craigslist but the guy said the wipers dont work because of the front clip being newer
Ive heard you can do the swap. Is it hard?
What are all the parts Ill have to get? Basically a newer style wiper motor and arms or what?

Figure shell do okay for something to haul rock, lumber, firewood, mowers, trash etc
Just something I can use w/o worrying about scratching or denting it

He said its got a 350 out of an old camaro, not sure what year and a 700r4 out of a 3rd gen camaro
Said he drove it around his yard and worked fine (sounded like he buys cars and trucks and sells them because he was telling me about other pickups he might be getting in soon)
heat only truck (even though I can see vents on the passenger side so it had a/c at one point)
Rockers are rusted he said but I dont care what it looks like. Could look like a rat nest in the cab and wouldnt bother me
Said the rear is stock. Whether its a posi or not I dunno
1/2 ton

Said hes got $700 in it
Whats an average price for a truck like this? I havent really looked for a pickup and lately and not sure what they go for now

All you need is the wiper arms, & the stubs. I usually swap out everything from the motor arm out. Take an hour or so. Two of the three bolts that hold the stubs on each side to the cowl don't quit line up. They are off by about half a hole, just need to oval out those two on each side a little bit. You will need to reroute your washer hoses a little bit too. All the parts you need are the same from 81 to 87 / 91.
Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs
