Converting to elec choke on Q-Jet

What is all needed to convert to a electric choke on my q-jet? My 383 is about done and I thought I got a elec choke but don't think I got it all. I got the numbers of my carb if that helps.

Im planning the same with mine too. I had a link to a place that sold parts as well as the conversion. Ill have to dig around to see if I can find it.

Thanks that looks like what I need. I should have looked closer at the box when I picked it up. I guess I will return and order the right one.
