Seat part missing??
« on: July 05, 2009, 07:35:52 AM »
I have a stock bench seat in my 77. I am wondering if there is a plastic piece that fits over the arm from the seat back that bolts to the seat bottom. It seems to me there should be a piece that snaps over this because there is a small hole midway in the arm. Anyone know and have a picture?

I am not following what location you are talking about?  Front back, side?
There is a cover for the side of the seat, but the mounts had no covers.

I believe he's talking about the arm that connects the bottom part of the seat to the back part of the seat. And yes, there is a plastic cover on that particular arm.

Sorry, I forgot to track this post. I was talking about the arm that holds the seat back to the seat bottom. I figured there must be a plastic cover. Will have to hit a junk yard or two. Thanks.
