New to the site
« on: July 13, 2009, 02:56:07 am »
Hey guys!! Just dropping in to introduce myself. I am in the Army, have been for 12 years, and I just recently moved to Fairbanks, Alaska. I am stationed at Fort Wainwright. I just recently bought 3 Trucks and a 350 engine for my projects. I have a 1976 K10 Scottsdale. It looks a bit rough but runs awsome. I found an add for an 86 C10 Scottsdale parts truck with no Engine, Tranny or bed. When I went to look at it I found another 86 K10 Scottsdale that is in really good condition but has no Engine or Tranny. So I bought both trucks and a 350 engine for 850 bucks. I plan on Putting the 350 in the "good" 86 and then finding a Tranny for it. The other 86 is going to be strictly for parts. Anyway, I dont mean to ramble. Just thought I would say high and give a little info on my projects. See ya around!!
