That 2nd one is cool, especially how he posted the templates. That's really cool. It's kinda somewhat like what I'm doing, which is adapting a mid-80's Camaro console. I've got a thread about it here:

I've made some more progress since those pics but not a ton. I should really update the pics. The Camaro console top half though fit the length of the cab really well just by itself. All it would need is a base to attach to and side panel extensions to reach the floor. Recover and you'd be done.
