Pin stripes

Can you body gurus recommend a good quality stick on pin stripe? My stepdad thinks he wants to put some black pin stripes down the top the aluminum tank on his vintage dirt bike and asked me if I knew of what he should use.
I told him he should find someone that does good brush on pin striping.

I'm with you and like the painted on stuff, the only stick-on stuff I like is by 3M.

I use 3M and Scotchcal. For his application being vintage I would have it painted too.

Thanks guys. If he is serious about it, I'm gonna really encourage him to look into brush on. In fact he already knows someone that painted the gas tank on a Harley he had. Based on what I've heard about this guy, I'll bet he does hot rod pinstripe designs, too.

Oh, a little over 600 miles. LOL, I'm in Houston but thanks for the offer, though. Besides, my stepdad is now reconsidering the pinstripes. I swear he is fickle when it comes to accessorizing his dirt bike. You'd think it was a $100,000 chopper.
Do you do pin striping professionally?
