Sold the Blazer, having realized it didn't fit my needs (open beds rule), and finally found a decent '86 Silverado.

The guy I bought it from has an LT1 with about 120k miles on it, was pulled from a Camaro for an upgrade.
We made a deal for $200, and I was just gonna do an overhaul on it for the heck of it, but I'm kinda toying with
the idea of building it and adding a stout 700R4. Get it ready to drop in while the truck is still driveable, with
as much work done as possible beforehand.
If it's doable for not a whole lot, I can even maybe do an LT1 383.

I've used the search function, but haven't seen much yet about the process yet. I'll keep lookin', but if anyone
has any wisdom to spare on the subject, sing out.
