a wobble in the front

ive had a slight vibration in the front for a couple of days,jacked up the truck and wiggle the driverside tire and noticed it moved almost like a loose rim does,after checking it out i noticed the whole assembly even where the axle goes in to the front differential had a good about of play talked to my mechanic he says it sounds like the hub and input on this especially how to fix it would be greatly appreciated

 first check the wheel bearings

had my guy take a look at it it was the wheelbearing now its all set still having a driveline vibration problem will start a new post in the drivetrain section thanks joesgarage for the advice
