oldredtruck got my vote.  The color, the stance, the clean almost-factory look...absolutely perfect.

chevyman350_82.  I am planning the restoration of my 87 and like the grille system you installed. Did you make a custom grille or is it an off the shelf unit. I like the way it hides the headlights.

Love the clean lines of chevyman350_82. The arctic white and blue have a nice contrast. Just plain clean lookin.

Maybe so, but the photo of Event's own truck is very good itself.  The composure, the angle, the truck itself with its bumper guards just makes it look very agressive and sharp, almost threatening.  There is no distracting background noise -- the focus is on the truck.  This pic would make a great calendar shot!  My .02.

I voted for Event because his truck looks more stock as far as ride height -- minus the grill.  It takes restraint to know when to stop and I'm feelin' nostalgic this mornin'.  ;)

I voted for Fiyaweed06.  My grandpa had that same truck and then my old man had it for a while when i was younger.  Great truck.

I had fun trying to decide. All the trucks are awesome. Thanks guys. Finally gave the edge to oldred. Really a clean look! I'd like to see it away from the building by itself on a blacktop lot.

It was tough because none of them have a nice visor on them. ;D but I went with Olered, I love the stance of the truck, and I'm not a fan of aftermarket grills. I agree we need to see a picture of it in the middle of blacktop lot, no buildings.

BJ87Chev: I got it from a local speed shop do not know the brand it was a open box special someone returned it and they could not ship it back but fit really well had to drill two holes in bottom brackets to attach the bottom side down there where no pre drilled holes I tapped up the aluminum and painted the rest blue gives a nice touch

all these truck rate IMO... alot different "flavors" goin on with these shortbeds...at least we're not all the same like the styles back in the early 80's- that would be BORING! - Congrats to all for doin their own "thang"!!!
