Stock Shocks
« on: September 27, 2009, 09:26:09 am »
I'm working on a 85 chevy 1500 . and I have a few questions.
how can I tell if this truck has stock shocks ?
(the truck drives and ride great with the shocks on it and the owner of the truck wants new ones cause the old ones look bad )
will the shocks fit 73 - 87 ?

usually the shock bolts that mount to the frame are a part of the shocks where replacements are 2 piece.

If the truck is an 85 I would HOPE that the factory shocks are LONG gone.
