That's interesting about the 20 MPH part because now that I think of it, whenever I've seen or driven a car that has one and tried to light up the tires, at about 20 MPH, you can see the gov-lok unlock and then the 1 tire lights up. I always figured it didn't have the strength to hold both tires above a certain speed but it's designed to do that eh?

in that open diff , when the midle is turned is two littel gears in there ?.....cuz that kinda looks like mine

There are 4 gears.  2 smaller spider gears that are mounted on the pin and 2 axle gears that are meshed with them.
