My 86 Daily Driver...How far it's come.
« on: October 13, 2009, 12:08:09 am »
When I first bought it...

And after that...

Came with the V6, swapped in a mild 350, backed by a 700R4 built by Monster Transmission.

Let me know what you guys think! I plan on dropping it 4/5 most likely, and getting new wheels and tires this coming spring/early summer, any suggestions would be appreciated!

(Sorry about all the pictures in 1 post also, new to this forum)

I like it, actually from the first pic, it looked to be in pretty good shape.

Something did catch my eye, the fuel line in the engine pic.  It's not just laying across the intake is it?  Not picking, just wouldn't want anything to happen to you or your truck.

Looks good though, I bet the first time you drove it with the 350 it put a smile on your face. ;D

Yes, it was in pretty good shape to begin with..And no, the fuel line isn't laying across the intake, it just looks like it. I'll have a bigger smile on my face when i get my 3.73 gears in it this Wednesday! Gonna be a huge difference.
