Drivelines for a 4x4

Does a driveline from a 3/4 ton 4x4 fit a 1/2 ton 4x4? both 1978. Are the u-joints different sizes?

They will fit, u-joints are different.

The rear top spring plates are different too and sometimes the brake lines on the front.
