Only way to cover the holes in my opinion is weld them up and paint them.

Not much to weld the holes, but a body shop will try to talk you into sanding, throwing in some bondo, more sanding, etc. They wont be able to match paint because of fade.

well i found a new truck for sale today. what do you guys think would you keep old green or get the new one? check it out on this link.
http://portland.craigslist.org/nco/cto/1468748695.html
it is a diesel so the gas mileage would be cool plus i dont like my truck being jacked up with huge tires. what would you guys do?

I personally like ol green but its up to you man. With the money you use on that 1 pictured you can fix your mirror problem and put a decent paint job on the truck for the price of the truck your looking at...
