Newbie from South Carolina
« on: November 14, 2009, 01:13:41 pm »
Hi guys,

I've been on the site for a few weeks and just now getting to post some pics.

I just bought a 1987 Silverado. Supposed to be a 35K mile truck. I know they'll be a lot of skepticism and I have some myself. It is documented and I did as much research as I could. I'm the 3rd owner. The first owner had it until 2007. Not restored, not even a scratch in the bed. 99% original. Even has original spare never on the ground. Replaced front and back glass and new bumpers. Original paint but appears to have minor paint work on the passenger fender. Rust proofed when new. Absolutely no rust ever. I attached a quick pic I took in the driveway.
I also have a 1967 GMC I thought I would post as well. 350 w/700r4 trans. Solid rust free. Lowered 5 inches. Vintage air.

Happy to become a part of the group. I could use the help!
