LIGHTS HELP PLEASE!!!!!

Heres the symptoms - head lights-ok, tail lights - inop, brake lights ok, right turn ok left turn acts as hazrad lights.  Any suggestions? this is the last thing keeping the truck off the road.  The turn signals were very dim, replacing the turn signal flasher made them brighter but didnt fix the problem of them acting like hazard lights.  I still dont know why my tails arent even coming on, the fuses are all ok and the brake lights work on the same bulb, they looked ok having both elements still intact.

also check grounds what work did you just do? i know the plug on the steering column under the dash controles all those lights and i had to adjust and readjust mine to get them to work sometime only one turn will work or one side of the truck be dead
