Actually the rear would have a larger gap above the tires if it was lifted evenly.  The rear opening is shorter on the bottom side.

It looks like the front has new springs and it had a set of blocks removed from the rear.

new rough country springs front and old springs wt blocks rear.its fairly new.someone else said old rear springs are the culprit.

It looks ok....  Remember the front wheel opening is higher in the fender than the rear wheel opening.  May be an illusion.

If the truck actually sits level, you'll have a bigger gap in the front wheel well than in the rear wheel well.

78 Chevyrado is right on.
 It went crazy trying to get my 81 to sit level. I've posted before about how i tried 3 different sets of front springs before I settled on some custom made shackles to make it sit so it's level to the eve.
 I would start by replacing your rear springs. If you need to dial it in more you can play around with the rear block. Maybe you need a 6" block cut down to 5" to make it look right.
