Thanks for the suggestions. I've never seen anything aerosol epoxy at a store before, and I've been looking everywhere. Buying a quart somewhere might be an option. Chronos: how did the aerosol work out? Did you put anything over it, like high build urethane primer, top coat, etc.? How was the coverage (would it do half a hood for our trucks, the whole thing)? I assume you would buy it again or you wouldn't suggest it? Does anyone out there think I should skip epoxy and try to use self etching primer for small repairs? I just don't feel right about using it over feathered old paint, bare metal, and body filler. For just bare metal I don't have any reservations.
