dually rear fender

Does anyone know where to get a set of dually rear fenders for a 73-87 chevy long bed. Also does anyone know how they are put on. I am possible thinking of converting my  crewcab to a dually setup.

They are bolted on. the wheel arch needs to be cut out to if you are going to use a single rear wheel bed.
