New guy from ohio

Hi my name is Tom I'm 19 currently living in Ohio for collage but am from pa. I was never really into the whole forum thing but since i moved down here its been so boring. So i joined lastnight. I was looking at some of the post,there is alot of intresting things out there. Also alot of informational things. Looks like ill be getting into this.
This is how it all came to be: When i was in high school i had started to go to vo-tech in 10th grade. I didn't think i wanted to because it was an all new atmosphere and i had no idea about cars/trucks. So i talked to my parents they said it was a good idea. So i went it was different but i liked it. There was about 22 kids in the class when i started. Some kids dropped out the 1st week the rest stayed. i had competed in Skills USA and other local compitions during the three years i was there i did well in them came in 4th every time but it was a fun learing experience. i graduated 3 years later top of my class. I won a 40 inch snap-on bottom box. through those three years i had been building a sbc motor to put in this c-10 i had traded this guy down the block for. And that is why i joined this forum. Hopefully i get to bring my truck here to Ohio to work on, and post things up as i go. by the way its a 86 chevy C-10 2wd shortbed with a sbc 350 and a th350.
