Scrap prices going up = bad news for our trucks.
« on: March 19, 2010, 04:57:40 pm »
The price of scrap metal hit $200 here today. Unfortunately as the price goes up more and more of our trucks head of to the crusher. A few years ago when the price was up I was amazed at how many of these trucks got junked. Most of the junkyards crushed them right away without parting them out first. I got all the good stuff of this one before I let it go a few years ago.
