Cab sleeves

Does anyone know where i can get new cab sleeves? Mine are pretty bad off. would a body shop have them? can i get them off a newer truck?
The truck is a 78 K10. 6"suspension and 3"BL...... 38.5x14.5TSL/SX on 15x14 Mickey T. wheels
1978 Chevy K10 / 454bbc / Dana 44 with chromoly axles / 6in susp & 3in BL / 38.50x15 Boggers(rims 15x14)!

I would clean those up, they look to be structurally sound. I have not seen replacements. PST kits give you new washers only and I reused my original sleeves (they where in about the same shape as your's too).

you can only get them from a 73-80 truck.  My PST bushing came with Sleeves for the bushing and washers.

Maybe mine did too come to think of it.

I have cut them off, and welded tube in place before to rebuild them.
Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs

3 of them are not bad at all! but three of them if i hold them up you can see through them, i stopped trying to clean them with a corrosion wheel due too they were flaking apart! Think i am going to get some rolled steel, and just make new ones! Thanks guys!
