rally wheel paint

i have been told that argent silver is the proper color for the rally wheels, am i correct?
i need to refinish a set for my daily driver so it does not have to be museum quality work.

i purchased a spray can of argent silver by eastwood for $15, i also think SEM makes argent silver?
is there a suitable or similar rust-olium product that i can use for about one third the cost?

Eastwoods is spot on match.  You can take it to a paint shop and see if they can match it but it may be cheaper just to get them from Eastwood.
