rally wheel center caps

just came back from the carlsile pa spring show where vendors were selling rally center caps with the Chevy logo for $8- $10 a piece.
does anyone know of a mail order vendor who sells them cheaper? is there any proper technique or trick for installation of these caps?

The centers are held on with 3 bolts, so no sure what exactly you are asking.

i was too general-

specifically i was referring to the circular flat discs that stick/glue to the center of the rally cap, not the entire cap itself.
as time goes by they either fade or fall off. also i have a pair of 6 lug caps with the hole that i will be putting on a non 4wd vehicle that i need to fill.

I would clean it and then epoxy them on.

does anyone know of a place to purchase these glue on discs at a reasonable price? from what i have seen they cost about $10 each.
